Technologies for the health of hotel guests

Even before the global COVID-19 pandemic, hotels were trying to solve a rather important task - to increase the hygiene of the room and reduce the likelihood of the transfer of diseases between guests. After the development of the pandemic, this issue has become critical for most hotels, as hotel occupancy has dropped significantly. In this article, our technical director, Alexey Chizhikov, considers information technologies that allow us to avoid the transmission of viral diseases and protect guests from unwanted contacts. In addition, the purpose of this work is to tell hotel staff of any categories about the need for such information technologies, as well as to offer specific solutions that can ensure the safety of guests.
