Hoteza solutions appeared in the Mövenpick Resort & SPA Anapa Miracleon 5* hotel.

We have integrated 3 Hoteza solutions at once (TV, HSIA and Web) for convenient communication and individual approach to each guest.

We installed the Hoteza TV hotel interactive system in the PRO package, which means full access for guests to the entire infrastructure of the hotel: ordering food and services in the room with a choice of additional options, booking restaurants and spa treatments, viewing the bill, guest messages and much more.

To access the web application, a Mövenpick Resort & SPA guest does not have to download third-party applications, just scan the QR code on the TV. All services and offers of the hotel will be available directly in the smartphone browser, and the data for placing an order will already be in our system. Guests no longer need to call or go to the reception, it is enough to use the guest messages function and quickly get an answer to their question without leaving the room.

Another wow-effect for hotel guests is a mobile TV remote control. The guest can control the TV in the room directly from their phone.

One of the integrated solutions was Hoteza HSIA, a high-speed Internet access that solves the problem of Internet channel congestion. For the convenience of guests, we have provided several authentication methods: PMS, SMS or voucher. Staff can independently manage tariffs and create access codes through a special management portal.
