Hoteza Solutions in Radisson Blu Chelyabinsk

In August this year, our team returned to the Radisson Blu project in Chelyabinsk, where we upgraded the existing Hoteza TV system to the PRO and implemented the Hoteza web application. The hotel has placed basic information for guests, special offers, as well as all its additional services in the web application: ordering food in the room, booking spa treatments, ordering a taxi and dry cleaning, cleaning the room, replenishing the minibar and much more.

Updating the TV system made it possible to introduce a new metro-design for the guest menu, as well as place personal QR codes on TVs - such a code is generated automatically and is unique for each check-in. When scanning, the guest enters the web application already authorized, can immediately place orders and control the TV from his smartphone, without having to enter any data about himself.

The Mobile TV Remote is another feature of the Hoteza web app implemented at the Radisson Blu Chelyabinsk Hotel. With the help of it, the guest can view the list of TV channels in the application, turn on the desired one, and also control other functions of the TV, completely abandoning the physical remote control in the room.
