Getting feedback in a timely manner is an important step in bettering your services and accommodation, so we make sure that by using our Feedback Module you are able to do just that. Interactive questionnaire for your guests, displayed in a similar manner across all Hoteza platform, is a simple solution to get a better insight into what makes your guests happy.

We made sure your guests are able to see it, by sending them a message through the system, popping up at their screen, inviting them to fill out your feedback form and give you their honest opinion. Should they report something that does not align with your standards, you will be notified and thus get a chance to respond to the situation at the right time & accordingly.
