Send an invitation to Web Self Check-in shortly before the guest's arrival via automated email. The message will lead them to the convenient Hoteza registration portal, where they can enter their personal details and fill in the trip details. Upon arrival, guests can collect their key card at the front desk, or go directly to their room if they have a mobile key.
