SMARTEQ solutions have been successfully installed at the Mriya Resort and Spa in Yalta

The end of this summer presented our company with another beautiful project. The Hoteza PRO interactive television system has been successfully installed in all villas of the premium class Mriya Resort & Spa in Crimea.

The main criteria for choosing an interactive television system for a customer was the availability of integrations with related IT systems, as well as the possibility of further launching Hoteza software products based on a unified control system.
Room service, ordering food in the room, a wide range of SPA procedures and care programs, many restaurants and entertainment on the territory of the resort have become even closer and more accessible to guests of Mriya Resort & Spa. Now a guest can order breakfast, sign up for a massage, or choose a restaurant for the evening from his own room.

As the winner of the "Europe's Leading Premium Resort 2019" award, the hotel management closely monitors the quality of the service provided, and we are delighted to be a part of it.

Recall that the complex opened on August 14, 2014. The concept and details of the project were developed by the iconic British architect Sir Norman Foster, winner of the Imperial and Pritzker Prizes. Norman Foster is the author of projects: Wembley Stadium, Millennium Bridge in London, Torre Caja skyscraper in Madrid, City Hall and Mary Ex in London, Hearst Tower skyscraper in New York, Hong Kong airport.
