Mobile Key & Contacless Self Check-in: Rospotrebnadzor Recomendations
The recently released document of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Rights recommends that hotels introduce mobile applications for check-in and check-out, encourage contactless payment methods, use contactless ways to open room doors, and minimize the guests’s communication with staff.
Solutions, which a few months ago were a pleasant addition to the premium service, today have become a necessity and the most important selection criterion for hotels of any categories.
